Atlas Infratech Pvt Ltd is Mumbai’s fast growing Real Estate Development Company head Quartered in India’s Financial Capital, Mumbai. AIPL has a strong management team running independent businesses and complementing each other in cases of opportunities. AIPL’s mission is to build a world-class real estate development company with the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and customer service and thereby contribute to and benefit from the growth of the Indian economy. AIPL concentrates majorly on projects in South Mumbai and the projects span across a wide range of sectors including luxury apartments, residential subdivisions, prestige commercial projects and exclusive architecturally designed homes.

As both developer and builder, AIPL has the unique ability to control every aspect of a real estate development project, ensuring that quality is a constant and common objective. AIPL’s primary business is development of residential, commercial and retail properties. The company has a unique business model with redevelopment of chawl and creating value for Residential Owners. Its exposure across businesses, segments and geographies, mitigates any down-cycles in the market.

AIPL has a rapidly expanding portfolio of more than 3 project underway and many more in pipeline. Two of our premium projects are located in the heart of Mumbai and are underway in the initial stages.

Mr. Mahendra Shah

Founder & Promoter With over 20 years of experience in the finance sector and 15 years in the real estate and infrastructure industry, Mr. Mahendra Shah brings a sharp strategic focus and operational expertise to AIPL. He is deeply involved in defining and executing the company’s long-term goals. His vision has been instrumental in AIPL’s successful foray into residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Naresh Jain

Mr. Naresh Jain is the other founder and the company’s promoter. He has over 22 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry and 15 years in the real estate and infrastructure industry he is actively involved in setting and executing its strategic objectives. His vision and expertise has steered AIPL’s growth in residential, commercial and infrastructure projects .

Key Associates

Architect – Mr. Vijay Kabre (G.B. ACCH)

Mr. Vijay Kabre has been practicing as an architect since 1982, bringing over 28 years of extensive experience in both new constructions and redevelopment of old buildings. He is empaneled with MHADA and the BMC for repair and reconstruction works. His expertise spans TDR-based developments, as well as redevelopment under Section 33(7) of the BMC Act.
🔨 Notable Projects: Park View, Almeida Park, Bandra (W), Mumbai TDR-based development project completed in 2001–2002. Society Development at Hill Road, Bandra (W), Mumbai Redevelopment project on CTS No. A/762 — currently under progress. Hilla Tower, Dr. S. S. Rao Road, Lalbaug, Mumbai Redevelopment under Sec 33(7) for Parsi community; G+25 storey tower. Project completed with BCC in 2006–2007 within 30 months. New Jawahar Mansion, Fanaswadi, Mumbai Lift installation and plastering work — completed. Solitair Building, Mugbhat Cross Lane, Girgaum, Mumbai Redevelopment completed with BCC.

Legal Advisor – Mr. Bharat Lalchand Jain (B.Com, LL.B)

Mr. Bharat Jain is a senior legal consultant with over 25 years of experience in property, commercial, and cyber law. He holds a law degree from Bombay University, is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra, and actively practices in the Bombay High Court and allied courts. As proprietor of M/s. B. L. Jain & Associates, he has advised and represented clients from major business groups, including: Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd. (Killer Jeans) Mehta Group of Companies, among others. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Jain is a Certified Cyber Crime Investigator, assisting banks and law enforcement (CID) since 2007 in cybercrime detection, decoding, and advisory.

Structural Engineer – Mr. A. D. Shintre

Mr. A. D. Shintre is a highly experienced Structural Engineer with over 25 years of expertise in structural design, analysis, and execution. His extensive career has been dedicated primarily to South Mumbai, where he has led and overseen the structural engineering of numerous residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects. Renowned for his technical precision and deep understanding of urban construction challenges, Mr. Shintre has consistently delivered safe, efficient, and code-compliant structural solutions—even in the most demanding redevelopment environments. His collaboration with AIPL ensures that every project stands on a foundation of engineering excellence and long-term stability.
