Mr. Mahendra Shah is the founder and one of the promoters of the AIPL. He has over 20 years of experience in Finance Sector and 3 years in the real estate and infrastructure industry. With ambitious plans for the growth and expansion of the company, he is actively involved in setting and executing its strategic objectives. His vision and expertise has steered AIPL’s growth in residential, commercial and infrastructure projects .

Mr. Naresh Jain is the other founder and the company’s promoter. He has over 22 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry and 3 years in the real estate and infrastructure industry he is actively involved in setting and executing its strategic objectives. His vision and expertise has steered AIPL’s growth in residential, commercial and infrastructure projects .

Architect Mr.Vijay Kabre (G. B. ACCH).

He is practicing as an Architect since1982 & has experience of 28 years in old & new buildings. He is on the panel of the MHADA & BMC for repairs & reconstruction and has also executed new building job under T.D.R in suburb and also redevelopment job in city under section 33(7) of BMC Act for old building.

a) Development of Society building known as "Park-View" at Almeda Park, Bandra (w) Mumbai-400 050. by using T.D.R Completed project in Year 2001-2002

b) Devlopment of Society building at Hill Road on plot bearing C.T.S. No. A/762, Hill Road, Bandra(w), Mumbai- 400 050. Under Progress

c) Specialised Jobs Undertaken - Redevelopment of property Bearing C.S.No. 127, Parel Sewari Div. at Dr. S. S. Rao Road, Lalbaug, Mumbai- 400 012. Only Parsee Community under 33 (7) B.M.C. Act at Gr. + 25 storied Known as "Hilla Tower" building next to Lalbaug Market. Project completed in 30 month with B.C.C in year 2006-2007

d) Proposed lift & plastering work of New Jawahar Mansion, Sitaram Poddar Marg, Fanas Wadi, Mumbai- 400 002. Work completed

e) Redevelopment of plot bearing C.S. No.329, Mughbhat Cross Lane, Girgaum Dixision at "D" Ward, Building Known as Solitair Building work completed with B.C.C.

Legal Advisor Mr. Bharat Lalchand Jain, (B Com, L.L.B )

Aged 40 years, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Bombay University. He is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and in practice since 1997 in Bombay High Court and allied courts.

Mr. Jain is a proprietor of in M/s. B L Jain and Associates, Advocates and specializes in property and commercial matter, and associates with many well known organizations such as Kewal Kiran Group ( Killer Jeans ), Mehta Groups of companies etc.

Mr. Jain has also specialist in detecting Cyber Crime and has completed the course of Certify Cyber Crime Investigator, and solved and decode the Cyber Crime for Banks and guiding the department of CID since 2007
